Shipping & How We Do It

All orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $150.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Please note online inventory reflects what we have in stock.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends & Holidays are NOT business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipment times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email or text when your order has shipped.

Refunds & Returns

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and are shipped out via USPS. You will be sent shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to us for an in-store credit following the return window policies below. Store credit code will be emailed to you once we have received the returned item(s) and have inspected for defects. Junction 111 Boutique is NOT responsible for return shipping costs.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW (Nov 1st-Dec 31st):

Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for:

-Exchange for same item (if available) or

-Exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase, or until January 31st, whichever comes later. 

 

STANDARD RETURN POLICY (Effective January 1st and after)

Orders purchased on or after January 1st may be:

-Exchanged for the same item or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. 

Items must have original tags attached, be unworn, undamaged, and with original receipt. Please follow garment care tags. We are NOT responsible for damages/shrinkage of any items. ALL sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns on sale items. ALL Seasonal items are final sale. NO exchanges or returns on seasonal items.
